Public Question Time

You have the opportunity to raise questions before an Ordinary Council Meeting, which are then answered in the Council Chamber.
 
Questions can be submitted online and must include your name and address.

If you download the form, you can drop off your Public Questions at a choice of several locations:

• Sunshine Municipal Council Office
• Harvester Customer Service Centre
• Keilor Customer Service Centre or at
• Any of our five Libraries, before 5pm on the day of the Ordinary Meeting.

Please note: People with a disability may seek assistance in filling out a form at any of Council’s libraries or customer service centres. However, those wanting to lodge the form must be able to sign or make their mark on the form.

You can also lodge the form electronically by emailing to pqt@brimbank.vic.gov.au before 5pm on the day of the meeting.

Electronic forms do not need to be signed.
