High Resolution Housing Policy Area Maps
Housing Policy Areas have been indentified based on an assessment of accessibility to services and facilities as well as the physical attributes and land and land use controls. Council developed the interactive Multivariate Analysis Tool (IMAT) which measures the level of liveability, development capacity and suit suitability of all registered landing the municipality. The IMAT ensures evidence based strategic planning and has been used to determine housing policy areas. Maps of Brimbank, Deer Park, Keilor, St Albans, Sunshine and Sydenham are available for viewing.
