2011 Minutes 

Minutes from Council Meetings are displayed for the preceding 12 months only pursuant to the Local Government (General) Regulations 2004 No.130 Part 5 Section 11 (f) which states that:

A Council must make available for public inspection documents containing the following prescribed matters:
(f) Agendas for and Minutes of ordinary and special meetings held in the previous 12 months kept under section 93 of the Act except if the minutes relate to parts of meetings which have been closed to members of the public under section 89 of the Act

Reports are available to the public with the exception of those classified as confidential pursuant to Section 89 of the Local Government Act 1989.

If you require access to minutes older than 12 months please complete a Freedom of Information Request.

Minutes are held at Sunshine Municipal Offices, Alexandra Ave, Sunshine.
