Petitions

The Council’s Meeting Procedure Local Law No 1 2009 provides the opportunity for residents to submit a petition to the Council, which must be in writing, and signed by at least 12 people. Division 9, clause 62 of the Local Law describes the process.

If you wish to submit a petition to Council it must be in the format specified Petition in the Meeting Procedure Local Law No 1 2009.
