Change of Address or Ownership
For all property ownership changes or a change in mailing address, a Change of Name and/or address advice form must be completed and either faxed, e-mailed or mailed to the Revenue/Rating Service unit. These forms are also available in person at our Keilor and Harvester Customer Service Centres.

If a change of name occurs, the following is also required:
- A copy of marriage certificate and
- A copy of birth certificate and deed poll change (if name change is not due to marriage).
If there is a change in property ownership a Notice of Disposition or Acquisition is required alternately you may provide Council a copy of property title showing the property particulars and owners name. The title must not be older than 12 months.
Please note: Ownership or mailing details will not be made without written authorisation or e-mail from the property owner.
