The Sunshine Municipal Office is located on Alexandra Avenue, Sunshine.
The Keilor Municipal Office is located on Old Calder Highway (cnr Borrell Street), Keilor.

| Customer Service and Call Centre | |
Customer Service Centres operate between 8:45am to 5pm Monday to Friday (Except Public Holidays). Residents can visit either of the Council’s Customer Service Centres at:
Sunshine Harvester Customer Service Centre (part of Sunshine Library Complex): 301 Hampshire Road, Sunshine, Vic 3020
Keilor Customer Service Centre: Municipal Office, Old Calder Hwy(cnr Borrell St), Keilor, Vic 3036
