| The Brimbank Municipal Public Health Plan 2004 – 2006 sets out how Council, together with other levels of government, agencies and community groups can improve the health and wellbeing of the Brimbank community. The Brimbank Municipal Public Health Plan 2004 – 2006 has been prepared after extensive consultation with community members, key Service Providers and each Council Division. It was adopted by Council on 11 May, 2004. The Brimbank Municipal Public Health Plan 2004 – 2006 is made up of two volumes. The first volume provides the framework and a detailed Action Plan to ensure the community’s health and wellbeing. The second volume includes data, background information, project methodology and project reference material that support the initiatives and service priorities outlined in the first volume.
