Our Building team provides a wide range of services and can assist with issuing building permits, information about pool fencing, maintenance of fire safety equipment, general and technical advice, property information, copies of plans, building complaints and Council Consent applications.

We are committed to providing up to date information to assist ratepayers understand the impact of the building regulations and how it may affect them in their own home or workplace.
