In-home Support Services

Home Care

We provide general homecare support to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment. This fortnightly service includes vacuuming and mopping floors, dusting, changing bed linen and laundry duties.

Personal Care

We provide support and assistance with personal hygiene such as showering, bathing, dressing and grooming by qualified and trained staff carers.

Respite Care

We provide relief for the primary carer of older people and people with disabilities; to provide a break from the caring responsibilities.

Respite care may include caring for the person in their home or participating in a social or recreational activity/outing depending on the individual care plan. 

Allocation of respite care is dependent on available resources, with priority given to caregivers in greater need.

Meals on Wheels

This service provides a three course meal to older people and people with a disability who are unable to cook/prepare meals for themselves. Clients are given a menu by the delivery driver on a weekly basis.

Home Maintenance

We provide repairs around the house with tasks that do not require a qualified tradesman. Tasks may include changing light bulbs, replacing tap washes, fixing door hinges.

Tasks performed by qualified tradesman such as plumbing and electrical repairs are not permitted.

Modifications to your home are available following an assessment by an Occupational Therapist. These modifications include:

  • Installation of grab rails
  • Hand held shower hose and
  • Ramps

Please note: A waitlist may apply for particular services.
