Pay a Council Bill

Council requires rates to be paid in 4 instalments.  If you wish to pay your rates in full the due date is the 30/9/20-- which is the first instalment date - We offer residents a range of options for paying rates.

Brimbank City Council provides the following Online Payment options:

Post Bill Pay

The Brimbank City Council offers residents a range of options for paying rates.

Credit Card payments        

The Billpay code must be used in conjunction with the reference number provided on your Rate notice.    

(1300 798 193) to pay using Visa or Mastercard simply call to pay via Securepay.

13 18 16  to pay via Postbillpay.

Phone your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make this payment directly from your cheque savings or credit account.

SPEAR Applications Allows Planning applications for sub divisions to be lodged via SPEAR

Direct Debit

Direct debits can only be deducted from a savings or cheque account.

You can arrange to have your rates direct debited in equal amounts for 10 months.  The first payment will be deducted at the end of September.

Direct debit is also available quarterly (not for accounts in arrears) and is available fortnightly and monthly.
