The City of Brimbank is the second largest municipality in Melbourne with an area of 123 square kilometres and more than 170,000 residents.

Council has received a copy of a planning permit application for 30 dwellings and a reduction in the standard number of car parking spaces on land at 81 and 99A Dickson Street, Sunshine.
