Our Modern Taekwondo syllabus is designed to be an efficient and fun martial arts experience. We purposefully don’t teach unessential traditional martial arts moves that don’t work. Our self defence content is based on real world application. Our life skill integration is designed to increase confidence in all areas of life. As Instructors we strive to be Black Belts on and off the mats. This is the philosophy that we instil in our students.
Along with our Modern Taekwondo program we also offer students the opportunity to compete at State, National and International competitions.Taekwondo has been a full medal sport at the Olympic Games since 2000. Both Adam and Leigh have had long and illustrious careers as well as training with the most successful Olympians and World Champions in Australian Taekwondo.
