The vision for Hampshire Road is Sunshine’s premier ‘main street’.
The community, businesses, and key stakeholders helped develop the Master Plan which reflects Hampshire Road's role in community life, business, and day to day activities. Hampshire Road has important connections to:
- Sunshine train station
- the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre
- two major shopping centres
- new multi-level apartments, and
- Victoria University.
The Hampshire Road Master Plan (PDF 3.3MB) adds to the Sunshine Rising town centre management and revitalisation program which Council established to deliver its vision for the Sunshine Town Centre.
