The St Albans Place Management Framework 2025–2030 (PDF 4.7MB) will guide how the St Albans Town Centre can be managed, supported and improved over the next 5 years.
The framework sets a clear direction for making the centre safer, more vibrant and welcoming. It outlines Council’s vision, strategic directions and priorities across 5 key areas:
- Program management, governance and partnerships
- Communication, marketing and activation
- Public safety, access and amenity
- Business development and investment attraction
- Community and cultural development.
The St Albans Place Manager will work with departments across Council to coordinate delivery and monitor implementation.
