All Victorian Council election candidates must submit a campaign donation return within 40 days of the election day - which is Thursday 5 December 2024 for the 2024 election. This is in accordance with the Local Government Act 2020
The Return tells us whether during the election period - or in connection with the election campaign - a candidate (or someone on behalf of a candidate):

received goods or services

has not received any campaign donations.
Election campaign donation returns for 2024 will be published on this page. This ensures transparency about the support individuals receive during elections. Returns are a public record until the entitlement date of the next Council General Elections.
