The Brimbank City Council has prepared Amendment C148 to the Brimbank Planning Scheme.
The land affected by the amendment is 112 – 114 Anderson Road, Sunshine.
Amendment C148 went on public exhibition between 27 October and 28 November 2016. Submission have closed.
Council officers are considering the submissions received and a report will be presented to Council in due course.
The amendment proposes to rezone 112 – 116 Anderson Road, Sunshine from Special Use Zone – Private Sports Facility to Residential Growth Zone Schedule 1, apply a Development Plan Overlay – Schedule 8, retain the Development Contribution Plan Overlay Schedule 1, and consider a draft Development Plan for the site.
You may inspect the amendment, any documents that support the amendment and the explanatory report about the amendment, free of charge, at the following locations:

- at the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning website.
The Panel Hearing will commence at 10am Monday 19 June at Planning Panels Victoria, 1 Spring Street, Melbourne.
