Planning Forum Meetings
Planning Forum Meetings occur on the second Tuesday of every month (excluding January). This is where planning applications that have received significant interest are further discussed.
Permit applicants and members of the public who objected to or support these applications are invited to attend. Councillors and Council Officers from the City Planning Department also attend.
Decisions on applications are not made at the Planning Forum Meetings. Decisions are made at Ordinary Council Meetings that occur on the third Tuesday of every month (excluding January), a week after the Planning Forum Meeting.
