The Independent Panel Report about Brimbank Planning Scheme Amendment C126 – Part 2 has been released.
This Amendment seeks to rezone the former Sunshine Municipal Office from the Public Use Zone, to the General Residential Zone. An Environmental Audit Overlay and a Significant Landscape Overlay are also proposed for the site.
Council will review the recommendations of the Report and it is anticipated that the Council will consider this matter at its May meeting.
