Brimbank Planning Scheme Amendment C126 Part 2

Amendment C126 Part 2 was considered by Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 20 September 2016. The Amendment has been split into two parts. Part 1 was approved by the Minister for Planning and came into operation on the 22 December 2016.

Part 2 (6-18 Alexandra Ave, Sunshine) will be considered by an independent Planning Panel in the coming months. Following the release of the Panel’s report on the Amendment a report will be provided to Council for its consideration.

Amendment C126 Part 2 rezones land at 6-18 Alexandra Ave from the Public Use Zone 6 to the General Residential Zone, applies the Significant Landscape Overlay Schedule 2 to the rear of the site and applies the Environmental Audit Overlay.
