About this form 

You only need to apply if your Planning Permit has a condition requiring you to.

Example Planning Permit condition: 

“An on-site stormwater drainage retention/detention system must be installed on the subject land to the satisfaction of the Responsible Authority".

Who can apply 

The property owner or their authorised representative such as an engineer, designer, builder, or planning consultant.

What you need to apply

• Planning Permit number

• Design and computations plans

• A BlueFactor report or MUSIC model*

• A credit card to make payment.^

*Water Sensitive Urban Design applications only.

^On-Site Detention applications only.

Fees 

Application fees apply only for On-Site Detention. We calculate the application fee by property area:

• up to 1000m² is $369.37

• 1001-599,999m² is $369.37 plus $63.34 per 1000m².

We charge the 60,000m² fee for applications over 60,001m², then invoice the remaining fee.

If the land area provided on application differs from our records, you will be invoiced to pay or refunded the difference.
