What you need to know before proceeding
Ensure you are meeting all the requirements of condition 1 of your permit and others conditions if required.
A fee will be applied for any subsequent assessments, if the initial submission to Council is unsatisfactory.
What you need to apply
- plans prepared for endorsement showing all the changes as required by condition 1
- any other documents or plans as required by conditions of the permit
- contact details of who is paying the landscape bond, if this is a condition of your permit.
