Training programs for community groups and small community organisations active in the Brimbank area.

Practical and clear resources to help you understand what you need for your project/event/festival.

This year we are offering in-person training and online sessions.  You can chose to join us in the mornings at St Albans Community Centre or you can chose to join an online session in the evenings.

Event or project planning 101

So many questions:

  • Where to start, so many ideas - do you have a budget?
  • Will it be indoors, will it be outdoors – do you have a plan?
  • How do you get volunteers, how do you get people there?
  • Do you have contracts or need an MOU?

Jump in on this session and learn some simple steps to keep you on track.
