We love feedback as it provides us with opportunities to address your concerns, learn where we are doing well and to look at how we can enhance our services.
Feedback may be a suggestion or idea that you wish to share with us, a compliment about our services or staff members, or a complaint about something we have done, or not done, that you are dissatisfied with.
All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days. This acknowledgement will be followed by either an interim or final response within 7 working days of receiving your complaint.
When an interim response is provided, you will be informed of what steps are being taken and when you can expect a comprehensive, final response.
This form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
