  Council to consider Officer Report on Contract No. 21/2911 Provision of Landfill Services. See Council Meeting Agenda 16 February 2021: Report 12.16.
• Tuesday 6 April 2021 at 6pm
  Council to consider the report 'Transforming Brimbank – Sunshine Priority Precinct Vision 2050 - Leading with Vision: A City Ready to Shine' and motions for submission to the State Council Meeting of the Municipal Association of Victoria.
• Tuesday 6 July 2021 at 6pm
  In accordance with Section 13.1 of the Brimbank Governance Rules 2020 (Governance Rules) a meeting of Council is to be held on 6 July 2021, at 6:00pm as a virtual meeting, open to the public by electronic means.
  The business of the meeting is for Council to consider a report designated confidential pursuant to section 3(1)(f) of the Local Government Act 2020 as the report contains personal information, which if released would result in the unreasonable disclosure of information about an individual’s personal affairs.
• Wednesday 17 November at 6pm
  Cr Ranka Rasic, Mayor of Brimbank City Council, has called a meeting of Council under Section 13 of the Brimbank Governance Rules 2020 on Wednesday 17 November 2021, at 6pm, to be held  in the Council Chamber to: elect the next Mayor; and decide whether to establish the position of Deputy Mayor, and if established, to elect the next Deputy Mayor. This is the only business to be considered at this Council Meeting. Due to the current directions by the Chief Health Officer, the Council Chamber is to be closed to the public due to  capacity limits. The meeting will be live streamed via the following link.
• Thursday 2 December 2021 at 5.30pm
  Cr Jasmine Nguyen, Mayor of Brimbank City Council, has called a meeting of Council under Section 13 of the Brimbank Governance Rules 2020 on Thursday 2 December 2021, at 5.30pm as a virtual meeting.
  The business of the meeting is for Council to consider a report designated confidential pursuant to section 3(1)(f) of the Local Government Act 2020 as the report contains personal information, which if released would result in the unreasonable disclosure of information about an individual’s personal affairs.
  This is the only business to be considered at this meeting.
