Sons of the West

Sons of the West (SOTW) is a 10-week, no cost health and wellbeing program for men over 18 who live and work in the West. The program includes one hour of education and one hour of group physical activity each week, as well as plenty of opportunities to meet other local men and get involved in the community.

Registrations are open for 2024 and will be held on Wednesday 6 March at 6:30-8:30pm. Register via online.

Daughters of the West

Daughters of the West is a no cost 10-week health and wellbeing program that includes an inclusive space to learn about your health, connect with friends and try fun exercise activities.

Daughters of the West is an inclusive and diverse program. People who are culturally diverse, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander or identify as female are encouraged to attend.
