Application for food or health premises renewal

You will receive your application for a Food or Health premises 2026 renewal which is due to be completed and paid for by the 4th December 2025.

The proprietor is required to complete this online application and make payment only and if you are not the proprietor then you cannot complete this form.

If you submit your application by completing this online form and make payment it is not necessary to complete and return the hard copy application received in the mail.

Once the online application has been completed you will then have the option to either pay via Pay For It or via Bpay using your biller code and reference number.

Any food business that fails to renew their registration and continues to trade, will be committing an offence under the Food Act and any business that fails to renew their registration and continues to trade will be committing an offence under the Public Health & Wellbeing Act 2008 and a Penalty Infringement Notice may be issued.

What you will need:

• ​Proprietor, trading and business details including your debtor number
• Credit card to make payment

• be recorded in the register of registered businesses within Brimbank City Council. The name and address of the business is available to the public upon request. Your contact details will not be provided.
