Grassland Working Bee, Sunshine

Give our grasslands a helping hand by direct seeding and planting as part of a wildflower introduction program. Learn about how fire and sugar is used to control weeds and improve the health of this endangered ecosystem.

Wednesday 9 August, 10am-12noon

This is an outside activity, please remember to:

  • bring along your own gardening gloves and water bottle
  • wear a pair of sturdy shoes, long trousers, long sleeve top and hat
  • use public transport, walk or cycle where possible

For the comfort of all, please leave your pets at home.

Children under 16 must be supervised.
