Brimbank Libraries will be conducting a community survey on the use of libraries. The aim of the survey is for participants to provide information on why they may or may not use any of the Brimbank Libraries and provide feedback to support ongoing improvements in the delivery of library services.
The survey will be available online and library staff will be visiting community groups and locations to conduct the survey
How to Provide Feedback
Submissions must be received by Monday 30 April 2018.
What Happens Next?
A report will go to council at the end of June reporting on the data that has been collected. Data from the survey will be analysed and key findings used to inform ongoing service improvements.
