Draft GO St Albans Business Plan

Draft GO St Albans Business Plan

The St Albans Town Centre is a vibrant and diverse centre with potential to grow and develop and attract even more people to work, shop, live, study and do businesses.

A Draft Business Plan has been prepared to help guide Council’s work program and coordinate a ‘whole of Council’ approach to delivery of the Place Management program.

The Draft Plan establishes a program of actions, initiatives and improvements under six key areas including Governance, Operations and Maintenance, Food, Physical environment, Business and Investment and Community and Culture.

Council has commenced a place management program for the Centre including the appointment of a Place Manager to help drive and coordinate delivery of the program.
