To apply for access and/or amend your personal and health information
Contact Council’s Freedom of Information Officer.
You can apply for an Infringement payment plan (an extension of time to pay of 1, 2 or 3 months). You need to do this before the due date. If you don't pay your fine, we'll send a penalty reminder notice after 28 days and you'll have to pay the initial fine plus additional costs.
If you require an extension longer than 3 months or would prefer to pay in instalments, Brimbank City Council can refer your infringement to Fines Victoria for a payment arrangement.
If the matter remains unresolved we may refer it to the Magistrate's Court or Fines Victoria. This can result in additional costs.
