The Derrimut Industrial Precinct is the largest precinct in Brimbank, comprising 604 hectares of land.
The precinct's success is due to strategic locational factors including flat, undeveloped and well-priced land with excellent access to ports and markets which has already attracted a significant industrial development.
The Paramount Industrial Estate is located in the north of the precinct. It provides excellent access to the Western Ring Road, Western Freeway and Ballarat Road. The Parkwest Industrial Estate is also located in Derrimut.
Brooklyn Industrial Precinct
The Brooklyn Industrial Precinct comprises over 250 hectares of zoned industrial land, employing more than 3,000 people in a range of large and small businesses that have a manufacturing, materials recycling and freight and logistics focus.
