“The trainer makes each class fun and interesting by changing up the different exercises we do. They keep things light-hearted and we always have a laugh at ourselves and each other. Some days I have not felt like going or didn't feel like I had the energy, but I still turn up knowing that by the end of the class I will feel a hundred percent better.”

“I love the camp and I’m committed to making changes to my lifestyle because of it. I am so much more positive. Finding that I am sleeping better, feeling stronger and more energetic. Met a wonderful group of women who are also on their journey to get fit. Plus our trainer is amazing!”
