About this form

Cats and dogs need to wear a Council issued Pet Tag when they’re off their registered property. 

Use this form to purchase a replacement tag.

Who can apply

Anyone can apply to replace a pet tag.

What you need to apply

• To verify registration, we need one of the following

  • Animal Registration Number

  • Pet Tag Number

  • Microchip Number

• Credit card to make payment.

Fees

$10.00 each.

• used to manage our records

• provided to other Council departments to assist their operations when required
