EcoGypsum provides an environmentally friendly solution for recycling plasterboard (can be 100% recycled into gypsum powder).

Foamex - Free polystyrene drop off facility (household quantities). They accept the following items:

• Packaging for small and large appliances (eg. big screen TVs, dishwashers and oven packaging)
• White polystyrene fruit and vegetable boxes (clean boxes only - all organic material and labels must be removed prior to recycling)
• Uncontaminated (eg. mud and concrete free) polystyrene from building and construction sites
• Bean bag beans

For recycling scrap metal (materials made of aluminium, brass, copper, stainless steel, cast iron, lead, zinc and nickel) contact your nearest scrap metal recycler.

Most scrap metal recyclers will also accept large household appliances including fridges, freezers, ovens and washing machines. It is recommend to contact the scrap metal recycler first to check what they accept and any charges that may apply.
