The upgrade of Cliff Harvey Lagoon Reserve was part of the Creating Better Parks Policy and Plan.
The park is set within a great lawn area with majestic elm trees.
The design for the playground references the local history of Keilor and has been designed to sit within the existing landscape setting of the reserve. The playground includes high quality play elements, timber boardwalks, synthetic surfaces, scramble walls in a lush landscape setting.
The Reserve also has great recreational facilities including BBQ’s, shelters and picnic tables which can cater for small or large gatherings.
Recently completed works at Cliff Harvey Lagoon Reserve include additional car parking, shelter and picnic tables along with further tree planting.
