Placing residential skip bins on Council road reservations permit

Refer to the information sheet and guidelines and complete this online form and make the payment at least two weeks prior to the placement date. 

A permit will only be issued once the payment has been processed.

Upon assessment of all the criteria, a permit may include various conditions where the holder of the permit must adhere to these conditions at all times.

  • $76.00 per application

What you need to apply

  • A current copy of your public liability insurance (certificate of currency) to the value of $10,000,000 valid for the period of the permit and listing Brimbank as an interested party; and
  • A signed and completed form of indemnity indemnifying Council from and liability of your business.

This form takes about 10 minutes to complete.
