Council developed the Natural Heritage Strategy after reviewing the condition and extent of the city's natural heritage. The Natural Heritage Strategy's goal is to conserve and protect Brimbank's significant natural heritage.
The Geology and Geomorphology component of this document is still relevant. The flora and fauna component has been superseded by the Biodiversity Strategy 2012-2022.
