• Feedback is your positive or negative commentary about us.
• Complaint is a formal expression of dissatisfaction with Brimbank City Council. This process is legal in nature and supports your rights in our Complaints Policy and the Victorian Ombudsman.
• Report It is for reporting issues like damaged bins, dumped rubbish, graffiti, abandoned vehicles and more.
