Media Release - Let’s Talk sessions to meet and greet Brimbank Councillors

Council is pleased to be hosting two more Let’s Talk Brimbank sessions before the end of the year in Keilor and Sunshine.

The sessions offer the Brimbank community an opportunity to meet their local Councillors, have a conversation about what Council is doing in the community, and to ask questions in an informal setting.

Information will be available on a range of topics including community priorities for our Annual Budget 2023-2024, submitting an Expression of Interest to join our Disability Advisory Committee and providing feedback on our Creating Better Parks Policy.

Quotes attributable to Brimbank City Council Mayor, Cr Bruce Lancashire:

“Come along and have a chat with Brimbank Councillors. We’re keen to meet community members and to hear what you have to say.

“An important part of our role as Councillors is to be accessible to our community and pay attention to their priorities, ideas and expectations of Council.

“These regular pop-up events are the perfect forum to get feedback from community members and for us to provide up to date Council news and information.”
