The Governance Rules are intended to encompass the overarching governance principles under section 9 of the Local Government Act 2020.
The Governance Rules cover the governance framework, meeting procedures for council, delegated committees and community asset committees, conflicts of interest, and also include Council’s Conduct During Election Policy.
