Council adopted the J.R. Parsons Reserve Community Vision and Site Plan November 2019 [link to 20/38722] (PDF 78.1 KB) . It outlines the community's preferred direction for the future development of JR Parsons Reserve, including the improvement projects needed to achieve the vision.
The Site Plan is the ‘road map’ that will guide the development of the reserve. It identifies a number of projects and strategies that need to be implemented to achieve the Community Vision.
Further investigation and feasibility of some of the proposed projects may be needed depending upon their scale, likely impact, and estimated cost
