Planning applications that have received significant interest are discussed at Planning forum meetings.
Permit applicants and members of the public who objected to or support these applications are invited to attend. Councillors and Council Officers from the City Planning Department also attend.
Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month, excluding January.
Decisions on applications are not made at these meetings. They are made at Council meetings the week after the Planning Forum Meeting.
