From time-to-time we receive requests to transfer ownership of laneways to adjoining owners. Occasionally there are also requests to retain these assets.
Our Disposal or Retention of Laneways policy (PDF 61KB)sets an agreed criteria that we use to assess requests to transfer or retain ownership of laneways that are unused, or identified as a security issue for neighbouring properties.
