Application fee
- $238.00 for residential properties class 1 and 10 (all documents on file)
- $95.80 for residential or commercial certificates
- $297.50 Multi-dwellings (unit development, apartments, townhouses etc)
- $378.60 for commercial/industrial (up to 3 permits - additional fee for more than 3 permits)
A $50.00 administration fee will be retained by Council and the balance of the application fee will be refunded to the applicant if no documents are able to be located.

Only available within three months of the original request with a fee of $82.10.
What you need to apply
- Written permission from the owner if you are applying as an agent of the owner
- A credit card to make the payment
Please note:
Old plans may not show comprehensive details, such as internal stormwater layout, or reflect what exists on the property.
The owner is responsible for investigating accurate site conditions.
Plans over 10 years old are not required by Law to be stored at Council’s archives. However, plans may still be in storage.
This form takes about 10 minutes to complete.
