If you require an extension of time to a planning permit please complete a Request for an extension of time to a planning permit.

Application fees

  • $307.60 for a 6 months extension (class 1 & 10 and class 2 & 9 buildings)
  • $616.50 for a 12 months extension (class 1 & 10 and class 2 & 9 buildings)

This is only for extension of time, variation to permit applications will be invoiced offline.

What you need to apply

  • New plans highlighting the changes if you are requesting a variation
  • A credit card to make the payment

This form will take about 10 minutes to complete.
