We welcome you and your family to be part of the First Steps New Parent Group program. This is a facilitated 6 week program for new parents delivered in:
- English
- Vietnamese and
- Burmese.
The aim of the group is to support you in your role as a new parent, and to give you an opportunity to meet and socialise with other new parents in the area.
The program covers a range of topics including:
- getting to know each other and your baby
- being a parent in Australia
- sleep and settling
- food, your baby and the family
- looking after yourself
- where to from here?
