If you have had a Certificate of Swimming Pool or Spa Barrier Compliance - Form 23 (CBC) completed and issued by a Building Surveyor or Swimming Pool and Spa Inspector, you must complete this application and submit the certificate to Council within 30 days of issue.
When we receive the Certificate of Swimming Pool or Spa Compliance, we will notify you in writing confirming the following:
- The date the certificate was lodged with Council
- The date by which the next certificate is required to be lodged which is 4 years after the previous certificate was lodged with Council

- $21.90 if you are submitting a Certificate of Swimming Pool or Spa Barrier Compliance - Form 23 (CBC)
