Uploading tenders

You will be asked to acknowledge that you have read and understood your obligations as detailed in our Whistleblowers brochure (PDF 1.4MB)

It is the tenderers responsibility to ensure the tender response uploads comply with your own organisation's IT server and internet capacity/ limitations. Please familiarise yourselves with these requirements well in advance of the tender closing time.

We take no responsibility for delays caused by:

• IT server limitations
• partially uploaded tenders caused by late uploads
• server and internet capacity or inability to process large files quickly.

Advertising tenders

Tenders are advertised on Saturdays in The Age newspaper.

All tenders are made available on eProcure from the following Monday.

OK2Pay - Supplier registration step

We've recently implemented OK2Pay as an extra security measure to make sure the information we're provided by Suppliers is correct and to help eliminate payment fraud by ensuring that funds paid by Council go to the correct bank account details. 

Suppliers will receive an email link from OK2Pay to verify the bank account details via a ‘Basic’ or ‘Express’ option. Once this step has been completed, the onboarding of the Supplier will be finalised and confirmation sent through to the Brimbank employee (supplier's contact).

Please familiarise yourself with OK2Pay, OK2Pay's obligations for controls and processes governed by the ACCC, and to see accredited organisations via the Australia Government Consumer Data Right.
