Risk Management Policy

The aim of our Risk Management Policy  (PDF,481.8KB) is to manage the risks involved in all Council activities, to maximise opportunities and minimise adverse outcomes.

All Council employees, contractors and Councillors share responsibility for the management of risks.

This policy explains how responsibility for managing risk is distributed between officers and committees of the organisation, and other personnel engaged to conduct Council business.
