We use an online e-Tendering portal to list and manage our tenders.
TenderSearch hosts our e-Tendering portal. It lists all our tenders, and provides registered suppliers easier access to download tender documents and to submit responses.
Interested in becoming a tenderer? Register as a new supplier.
More than one person can register per supplier. Also, suppliers may register a generic email address, which is accessible by more than one person.
Log in to TenderSearch to view your tender's status.
Prior to Uploading a Tender
All tenderers must read our Whistle Blowers brochure. All tenderers will be asked to acknowledge that they have read and understood their obligations as detailed in the brochure.
It is the tenderers responsibility to ensure your tender response uploads comply with your own organisation's IT server and internet capacity/ limitations. Please familiarise yourselves with these requirements well in advance of the tender closing time.
We take no responsibility for delays caused by:
- IT server limitations
- Partially uploaded tenders caused by late uploads
- Server and internet capacity or inability to process large files quickly.
Advertising of Tenders
Tenders are advertised on a Saturday in The Age. All tenders are made available for download from the following Monday.
