Annual Budget and Council Plan

Council endorsed the Annual Budget 2018-2019 at an Ordinary Council Meeting on Tuesday 19 June 2018.

The Annual Budget 2018-2019 includes the Long Term Financial Plan 2018-2028 and Rating Strategy 2018-2019.

Council adopted the Council Plan 2017-2021 at a Special Meeting of Council on 1 August 2017. It sets out agreed objectives, activities and strategic indicators for Council to achieve its strategic directions for:

  1. An Inclusive Community
  2. A Liveable Community
  3. A Prosperous Community
  4. An Innovative and Responsive “Community First” Council.

Annual Report 2017-2018

Council’s Annual Report for 2017-2018 has been prepared and submitted to the Minister for Local Government.

The Annual Report, which incorporates the required auditor’s report, is available for public inspection during business hours at:

  • Sunshine Customer Service Centre, within the Brimbank Community and Civic Centre at 301 Hampshire Road, Sunshine
  • Keilor Customer Service Centre, within the Keilor Community Hub, 704b Old Calder Highway, Keilor
  • Sydenham Customer Service Centre,  Station Street, Taylors Lakes (located within Sydenham Library at Sydenham Community Hub)
